About me

Hello, Privet and Guten Tag - I am Walter Schwarz!
My career began in an IT project management environment, in parallel I lived my passion for people centred creative activities such as HR development, training and consulting of the team and change programs.

After some failures and lessons learned in self employment, I am now actively seeking open minded, creative and authentic project teams to join and build. Personal development, coaching and cross cultural competence one the one hand and business modelling and project management experience on the other is the perfect mix of a multi-faceted generalist.

This broad perspective and unbiased view adds value especially in leadership roles or cross-unit projects, where an eagle perspective secures the specialists to perform at their best reaching the overall project goal.
